Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients "blueprint" exercises designed just for them.  These special exercises help strengthen and correct unique problems and can be performed in the comfort of your own home. Over time, they improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Massage Therapy

Joint problems are almost always accompanied by tension or injury in your soft tissue: muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.  Our licensed massage therapists use a variety of techniques to address soft tissue problems.  Utilize massage with your chiropractic care program or on a regular basis to maintain soft tissue health.
